Will cupcakes be good in two days if I make and frost them now?

Published by admin under Cooking Recipes

I am making cupcakes for Mother’s Day (Sunday) and will be out of town all day tomorrow (Saturday) so need to make them today and read that if you freeze them, they have to be frozen at least two days. What should I do? Bake them and not frost them but cover them and put them in the fridge? Hmmm…?
