I am generating a Christmas cake to get to my grandmas on boxing day.
I wanted to make 4 layers of alternating chocolate and white chocolate cake.

I discovered two recipes for white chocolate cake a chiffon cake and standard cake. The chiffon cake has egg whites and the normal cake has much more butter.
Which a single should I make? Which one particular will go better with dark chocolate cake?
